ITscope Setup – General

Field-Description
XML Schemas View – Select how the XML Schemas view should be displayed.
Preferred image width – Preferred image width when importing ITscope item images into the article.
Preferred image height – Preferred image height when importing ITscope item images into the item.
Test mode – Activate/deactivate test mode.
ITscope Import URL – Import URL used to transfer an ITscope item from the ITscope portal to BC. See ITscope URL-Import.
Date Calculation Formula – Specifies the date calculation formula for ID highlighting.

ITscope setup – connector

Field-Description
Username – ITscope Account ID.
Password – ITscope API Key.
Base URL – Selection of the ITscope API base URL.
Maximum Entries in Records filter – Maximum records that can be used when filtering for the ITscope job of the “Product” job type. See item Request Filter in Item Request Filter.
Portal language Code – Selection of the ITscope portal language.
Get approximate number of products – Select whether to get the approximate product count when running jobs with job type “Product”.
Product export Direct processing – Select whether the export file should be processed directly or saved on the server first.

Field-Description
Catalog item numbers – Catalog item number series.
Manufacturer number series – Manufacturer number series.
Item Category Number Series – Item category number series.

ITscope Setup – Logging

Field-Description
Logging – Selection of the logging type.
Delete log after – Define a time period for saving logs.

Field-Description
Job queue category – Define a category name for the ITscope job queue items.

ITscope setup – Order Transmission

Field-Description
Standard Order XML Schema Code – Select XML schemas to be used in ITscope ordering.
Use Own Delivery Note – Default value for the option “Use own delivery bill” during order transmission to ITscope.
Check Is Order Permission via ITscope – Enable/disable check before purchase order transmission if ITscope purchase order is allowed for the vendor. See Send orders

ITscope setup – Order Processing

Field-Description
Allow Insert Serial No. – Activate/deactivate transfer serial number from ITscope order responses to the order.
Serial number Code – Item serial number code.
Process freight costs – Activate/deactivate transfer freight costs from ITscope order responses to the order.
Freight/Other Type – Freight charges Art.
Freight/Other No. – Freight charges no.

Test connection – Test connection with ITscope.
Run Upgrade – Standard setup, as well as data transfer for existing industry solutions are adopted.
