ITscope Job – Documents Filter

This area can be found only in ITscope jobs of the “Retrieve documents” job type. (Purchasing module)
Field-Description
Last Update Date From Retrieve only documents from the entered date. If the field is empty, all ITscope documents will be retrieved.
Update Last Date Field If enabled, the entered date will be updated after each retrieval, so that the amount of retrieved documents will not be too large.
Direct XML-Process Decides whether the retrieved XML files should be read during import or not.
Direct process Documents Decides whether the retrieved ITscope documents should be transferred to the BC voucher during import. (Depending on the setup in Vendor rates).
