ITscope Connect Items
The "Connect Item" job type in ITscope is allows users to connect items with their relevant catalogitem. This feature streamlines the process of managing items and matching them with corresponding catalogitem numbers.
To access the "Connect Item" job type, you need to go to ITscope Jobs list select New to add a new job. From ITscope Card page enter a Code and select the connect item from Job Type dropdown.
Afterwards press the "Copy Standard Field Mapping" to set the relevant field mapping.
