Read Updates

In order to read in updates of the order status as well as incoming response documents, a corresponding import can be carried out once or on a time-controlled basis. (see ITscope jobs)
There is also the possibility in the order card to carry out the order status and the response documents for individual orders. (see ITscope ActionItems in the purchase order card)
We recommend that you schedule the update to run at least once a day.
