What is an ITscope ID?
In order to be able to associate a catalog item or an article with an ITscope article and update it regularly, an ITscope ID must be stored for the associated article.
Are new catalog items created during ITscope import?
Yes, if no matching article is found for the ITscope article, a new catalog article will be created.
How do my existing catalog items get an ITscope ID?
During the ITscope import, a catalog item is searched for that has an identical manufacturer and an identical manufacturer number as the ITscope item. If the search is successful, this catalog item is updated and assigned an ITscope ID, if no ITscope ID is stored.
How do my items get an ITscope ID?
If an article was created via a catalog article, the ITscope ID from the catalog article will be assigned to it, if available.
What criteria are considered for the calculation of the favorite suppliers?
When “Calculate favorite”, the supplier with the lowest price in the catalog item is marked as favorite.
However, it is possible to predefine a specific supplier for a specific manufacturer as a favorite. This is done in the manufacturer list. In this case, cheaper prices for items for this manufacturer will not be considered when determining favorite.
How can I order from the same supplier with different account numbers?
In the order card there is a possibility to select an account number. If the desired account number is not available, it can be entered manually in the list.
